At Phoenix House, we understand the concerns that come with aging out of the foster care system. We provide a supportive environment specifically designed for young men aged 18-22 who are eligible for extended foster care. Our program focuses on easing your transition, offering stability and a sense of belonging.

We offer a range of services including supportive housing, life skills training, and job/college guidance. Phoenix House is committed to helping you achieve your goals. Our life skills training covers essential topics such as financial literacy, career development, and independent living. We will also provide direction for college and job guidance.
